5 Stars isn't enough! I need a 10 star rating for Sevan Motorworx. I was traveling alone on I95 when I received a dashboard warning that I had a headlight out on my Volvo. I was less than 2hrs from sunset and hours left to travel before my destination. I resorted to 'GoogleMaps' in an attempt to locate a foreign vehicle repair shop on route. I called Sevan Motorworx, and Joe took the time to map out my location and explained that bringing my car to them would add extra time to my journey. He asked if he could do some 'research' and call me back. I thought I'd never hear from him again. But.....he called back with a GPS friendly address of a foreign repair shop on my route, he explained that he already called ahead for me to confirm that they would stay open until I arrived. I arrived at the location that Sevan Motorworx set up for me and the technicians were waiting in the parking lot for my arrival, they took my Volvo, replaced the headlight and I was back on the Interstate in 20minutes. Sevan Motorworx went completely off the charts with exemplary customer service!! So, if there were 10 STARS to be given, Sevan Motorworx deserves every one of them!!!!!!
